As this brand's items are made-to-order, they are not eligible for return.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or inaccurate when you receive it, please inform us within 3 days of receiving it including a photo/ video at the time of opening and description of the fault at contact@gooddesi.co.
Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
The refund will be initiated as soon as the brand receives the items and should be executed in 5 - 7 working days.
